Piano Lesson Policy
A written notice must be provided at least 15 days before your last lesson to receive a full refund for any unused lessons.
A written notice must be given at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to receive a lesson credit or schedule a make-up lesson.
Cancellations within 24 hours (via call or message) will be marked as absent, and the lesson will not be refunded or credited.
No refund or credit will be given for a no-show.
Please arrive on time for each lesson. Missed time due to tardiness will not be credited or refunded.
Tuition is collected monthly.
Late payments may result in losing your lesson spot and canceling future lessons.
Please ensure timely payments to secure your lesson schedule.
Students are required to purchase the books assigned by their teacher.
Please bring your books to every lesson to ensure productive learning.
No food or drinks are allowed in the piano room.
Keep nails trimmed and wash hands before each lesson.
Treat the piano with care—play gently and respectfully.
Be polite to your teacher and feel free to ask questions.
Stay focused and listen carefully during your lesson.
Practice your pieces thoroughly and consistently.
Complete your homework as assigned to make steady progress.
