Cancellation Policy

Payment: - A full payment is required at online booking. Cancellation: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment (via phone call, email, or message) will receive a 60% refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment (via phone call, email, or message) are non-refundable and non-creditable. - No-shows will not be eligible for any refund or credit. Additional Fee for Pitch Raising – $40: If your piano is significantly out of tune, a pitch raise will be required before standard fine tuning. This applies when the piano’s pitch has dropped more than 15 - 20 cents (6 - 8 Hz below standard A440) or if the piano has not been tuned for several years. A pitch raise is a special preliminary tuning that brings all the strings closer to standard pitch, so a proper fine tuning can be done afterward. It requires extra time and effort, which is why a $40 charge will be added if this service is needed.
